Duration - 12 Months, Contract, W-2

Onsite in Irvine, CA 92606

Pay - Up to $24/hour

Job Description:


We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our commercial organization by maintaining sales systems, managing reporting and analytics, coordinating cross-functional operational processes, and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms. This individual will work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and other business partners to support sales operations, reporting, new hire onboarding, system administration, and process improvements.


Duties


* Set up new hires across multiple business systems and ensure appropriate system access.


* Manage account alignment and maintain sales roster files.


* Support Salesforce approval processes and user administration.


* Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.


* Ensure data integrity across sales systems and reporting tools.


* Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for Sales leadership.


* Resolve case corrections and troubleshoot EW1-related issues.


* Manage and follow up on CET support tickets.


* Support month-end activities and partner with Finance on no-charge requests.


* Track IT development projects and provide project status updates.


* Update SM3 funnel presentation on a bi-weekly basis.


* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements.


* Provide end-user support and training for sales tools and systems.


* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business operations.


Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.


* Previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing


* Experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations.


* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.


* Experience with Salesforce CRM.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Experience creating reports and dashboards.


* Excellent organizational and communication skills.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


* Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT.


* Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, Oracle (or similar ERP/CRM/reporting tools).
