We are looking for experience front office medical assistants to assist with Front Desk Receptionist or as Back Office Medical Assistant. The clinic is located off of Bandera Rd/ 1604 in Helotes. Both positions are full time, Monday- Friday. Hourly pay is based on prior experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Health insurance and PTO are offered for full time employment. 

Prior clinic experience is preferred but not required. We are in need of a bilingual (Spanish/English) MA to assist us with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Record patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including coding for billing purposes.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office. 
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Other administrative/ clinical duties as needed. 

Experience
Candidates should possess knowledge in the following areas:

• Medical administrative support skills to assist with office operations.
• Experience in medication administration protocols.
• Strong understanding of clinical setting to assist with tasks effectively.
