The Manufacturing Engineer will play a vital role in supporting production operations through the design of tools and fixtures, optimization of manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient production flow. This position is ideal for an engineer with a passion for hands-on problem-solving, CAD design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Design and improve manufacturing processes, production flow, tooling, jigs, and fixtures using 3D CAD software.
• Support production operations by troubleshooting manufacturing issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, assembly instructions, and work procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and optimize manufacturing processes in a production environment.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment with time spent on the factory floor collaborating with the manufacturing team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with a start time between 6am and 9am, comprising a 40-hour work week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
