• Shift: Onsite shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM; full 24-hour onsite coverage on specified days
• Hours/Week: Flexible, based on assignment
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certifications: Active Nursing license in Massachusetts, BLS/NRP certifications preferred
• Experience: Pediatric/neonatal nursing experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal and perinatal patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor vital signs and clinical status of newborns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning
• Assist with medical procedures and procedures related to neonatal care
• Educate and support families of neonatal patients
• Document patient information accurately in accordance with hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS & NRP certifications (preferred)
• Prior neonatal or pediatric nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
