The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. Responsibilities Draft legal documents such as complaints, summons, notices, garnishments Handle a file from intake through close. Review file, determine tactical advancement Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders Prepare attorney for depositions, mediations and hearings Qualifications Experience as a Paralegal handling complex, commercial litigation files Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience Ability to pivot and change directions when urgent situations arise #J-18808-Ljbffr
