We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Studio Manager to join our New York leadership team.

The Role

Working within a luxury, appointment-based styling environment, this leadership role is integral to the studio's overall success. In collaboration with the Retail Business Manager, the Assistant Studio Manager will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, team engagement and development, and setting the tone for building genuine relationships with clients, while delivering the elevated service and styling expertise KYHA is known for.

About You

Minimum 3 years leadership and sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, or bridal
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Professional presentation aligned with the KYHA brand
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Clear leadership and team development focus, with a team focused mentality
Proven ability with delivering personalised, client-focused service
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
