Commercial Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to manage the commercial and financial performance of a major Data Centre project in Norway. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide strategic guidance, ensure contractual compliance, and drive value while protecting project integrity and client interests. What you’ll do: Act as commercial interface between clients, project teams, and subcontractors. Implement project-specific commercial strategies for a complex data centre build. Maintain full visibility of financial position, change control, and risk exposure. Own cost planning: prepare budgets, forecasts, and advise on design changes. Oversee procurement: define strategy, manage tendering, and approve contracts. Manage contracts: control changes, produce cost reports, and support dispute resolution. Mentor junior commercial staff and promote commercial awareness across teams. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in commercial management within data centre construction or large-scale technical project. Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and foster collaboration. Why MiCiM?
