Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position is located in Sylva, North Carolina. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedics and neurology. The position is contracted to start on August 10, 2026, offering an opportunity for new graduates with at least zero years of experience to contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation in a community-oriented healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification or license as a Physical Therapist, graduation from an accredited program, location in the United States, and at least zero years of experience (new grads accepted)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient orthopedics or neurology settings
• Float: Primarily working at Swain, floating to the organizations other sites as needed
• Additional Information: Position is for outpatient orthopedics and neurology, with outpatient electronic health record system support (Redoc). No weekend hours or call requirements are expected. The role involves managing patient ratios of 1:1 therapy.
