Office ClerkOur client, a leading organization in environmental health and safety, is seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join their team. As an Office Clerk, you will be an integral part of the Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) department, supporting the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with departmental processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.Collect and maintain data accurately and efficientlyEnter data into computer systems and databases in a timely mannerAssist in preparing data for reports, charts, and presentation materialsProvide general clerical and administrative support to the EHS departmentSupport the EHS Management System, including training administration and document/record controlHigh School Diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant certification is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointFluency in EnglishAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilityOpportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environmentGain valuable experience in environmental health and safety operationsDevelop your administrative and data management skillsBe part of a team committed to safety and compliancePotential for future growth within the organizationUpon completion of waiting period, associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
