Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys—and this role helps make that journey brighter.
What You'll DoResponsibilities include:
- Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Evaluate patient records and medication regimens to support safe and effective specialty therapy management

- Serve as a clinical escalation point for prescription, medication, and patient care concerns
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, accreditation activities, and performance improvement efforts
- Support training and development of pharmacy technicians, interns, and new team members
- Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee
