- Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log)
- Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers
- Crush PT sales goals - selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team
- Promote special events and retail products
- Manage club website + social media updates to drive engagement
- Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com
- Assist with new membership sales training for MSRs
- Help set sales goals for the MSR team
- Participate in MSR interviews
- Cover opening and closing shifts when needed
- Model professionalism, energy, and Crunch culture every shift
