Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production performance, enforcing strict quality and safety standards, and holding teams accountable. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage people, processes, and production demands without constant oversight.

• Lead and manage electrical production teams to meet daily and weekly production targets
• Hold Team Leads and technicians accountable for performance, quality, and attendance
• Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations at the start of each shift
• Actively monitor production floor activity and address issues in real time
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Mechanical, and other departments to eliminate bottlenecks
• Identify and resolve production issues including material shortages, quality defects, and workflow gaps
• Ensure all electrical assemblies meet company standards and engineering specifications
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and immediately address unsafe behavior
• Lead daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and production huddles
• Review and ensure accuracy of end-of-shift reports, productivity, and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, organization, and team performance

• 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing, industrial production, or related field
• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce standards, and drive results
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accountability, urgency, and ownership
• Willingness to be hands-on and present on the production floor daily
