Position: Protective Services Agent

Job Summary:

As a Protective Services Agent at CC Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security threats, monitoring and responding to alarms and emergencies, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter any suspicious activity

- Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment for any signs of unauthorized access or criminal activity

- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all incidents, observations, and actions taken

- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, including greeting and assisting with directions or inquiries

- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises

- Conduct thorough security checks of personnel, vehicles, and packages entering and exiting the property

- Stay up-to-date with security policies, procedures, and best practices

- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement

- Valid state security license and CPR/First Aid certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and make quick, effective decisions in high-pressure situations

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods of time

- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must pass a background check and drug screening

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
