HVAC Installation Technician At Product Air, we don’t just install equipment. We install systems the right way the first time. If you take pride in clean installs, clean sheet metal, straight lines, and systems that perform you’ll fit here. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Pay depends on experience and licensing. We strive to be the highest-paying company in our market for top performers. Who We’re Looking For Skilled, coachable, and detail-oriented Professional with homeowners inside their homes Clean, organized, and take pride in your workmanship Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Team-first — you support your crew and represent the company well Experience Required HVAC installation experience. Ongoing training provided. Physical Requirements Lift 50+ lbs regularly Work on your feet, knees, and ladders for extended periods Comfortable in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and tight mechanical rooms Able to safely drive a company vehicle What You’ll Do Remove and replace furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and duct systems Install equipment to manufacturer specs and company standards Perform start-up and system testing Ensure clean, organized, professional job sites Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being completed Work closely with project managers and field leaders Some days will exceed 8 hours.
