Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in State College, PA . In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence that our guests have come to expect. As a Restaurant Manager in State College, PA , you will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment while driving the financial success of the business.

Job Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale casual or fine dining setting.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
Guest Focus: A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and the ability to resolve issues with poise and professionalism.
Operational Knowledge: Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms (such as OpenTable), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support the needs of the business.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences as the Restaurant Manager in State College, PA .
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
Coordinate private dining and special events, ensuring seamless execution for large groups.
Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service flow.
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth at our State College, PA location.
Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professional relationships with guests, vendors, and the community.
