This outpatient primary care facility delivers general family medicine services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on an on-site basis and maintains a collaborative clinical team, including MA, RN, and LPN support staff alongside 10 MD/APP clinicians, to facilitate efficient and consistent care delivery. Clinical workflows are designed to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

California offers a range of experiences across diverse regional settings, from coastal areas and beaches to national parks, deserts, and mountain landscapes. Clinicians on assignment may explore outdoor recreation and year-round activities throughout the state. The state‘s scale and diversity of terrain make it a destination that rewards multiple visits.

The nurse practitioner will provide outpatient primary care services on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, at an on-site facility in California. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, with an expected caseload of 16-20 patients per day. The clinician will collaborate with a team of MA, RN, and LPN support staff, alongside 10 MD/APP clinicians on-site, to support daily clinical operations. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
