Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring Skilled Personal Attendants (Caregivers) to support seniors in Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. Service Areas (Must Be Willing to Work In): * Rocklin • Roseville • Lincoln • Granite Bay • Folsom • Rancho Cordova •Sacramento • Nearby Surrounding Areas (Virtual interviews) COMPENSATION * Personal Attendants: Starting at $20.50/hr * Weekend Personal Attendants (Sat/Sun only): $24/hr RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including but not limited to: bathing, toileting, dress assist, walk assist, grooming, eating, incontinence care, transfer assist, * Assist with safe use and setup of assistive equipment * Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment * Medication reminders * Support mobility, transfers, and general safety * Encourage communication and social engagement * Document care tasks accurately * Build meaningful relationships while upholding professional and ethical standards REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of caregiving or personal attendant experience * Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle (No Uber, Lyft, ride share, or public transportation — this will be verified) * Must be able to work split/stacked shifts (1–4-hour shifts combined to form full workdays). * Must be able to travel up to 25 miles for work. * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to pass criminal background checks * Daytime, Afternoon, and Evening availability * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs * HCA License EEOC Statement Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. #hpeb1
