(multi-tasking, good under pressure when busy)Manage POS system Clover POS to process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and perform cashiering duties with efficiency.Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety regulations and food preparation standards.Create engaging social media content including photos, videos, and posts that highlight our offerings, events, and brand personality to attract new customers and retain followers.Schedule and publish content across various platforms while monitoring engagement to optimize reach.Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, supply ordering, record keeping, and daily reporting to ensure smooth operations.Support retail sales activities by promoting products, upselling items, and maintaining attractive displays.Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.Handle basic math calculations for sales totals, cash handling, and inventory counts accurately.RequirementsProven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food handling procedures.Previous experience in social media content creation or digital marketing is highly desirable.Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities.Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between duties seamlessly.Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation practices within a café or food industry setting.Strong organizational skills for administrative tasks including record keeping and scheduling.Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed.
