In this role:
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive who thrives in a full-cycle, mid-market SaaS sales environment. You’ll be responsible for owning the sales process from discovery to close — identifying prospects, educating buyers, and building value-based partnerships with promotional product distributors. If you’re motivated by impact, autonomy, and building something big, this role is for you.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, close
- Running tailored, consultative discovery calls aligned to MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
- Educating potential partners on how our tech, services, and network drive long-term growth
- Managing opportunities in HubSpot CRM with clean forecasting and clear next steps
- Collaborating with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and Marketing to accelerate pipeline
- Exceeding monthly and quarterly targets (and helping the team do the same)
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to mid-market businesses
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a high-velocity, outbound-driven motion
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CFOs, Owners, Ops, etc.)
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling skills
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar enterprise frameworks
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
Bonus Skills:
- Experience selling to founders, owner-operators, or SMBs transitioning to mid-market
- Exposure to vertical SaaS or software paired with services
- Background in promotional products, print, or distribution (not required)
