Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will provide administrative, operational, and reporting support for marketing programs, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. This role will coordinate the full event lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on pre-event planning, data preparation, post-event reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, travel, event logistics, stakeholder communications, and follow-up activities while ensuring engagement data and outcomes are accurately captured and reported. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners.

• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing programs, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate pre-event planning, including schedules, travel, logistics, attendee information, and required event data.
• Manage post-event reporting by collecting, organizing, and analyzing participation data, engagement activity, outcomes, and follow-up opportunities.
• Prepare reports and summaries that provide visibility into event performance, engagement results, and key takeaways.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely collection of event and engagement information.
• Coordinate event logistics, communications, travel, and follow-up activities from planning through completion.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting tools, and documentation related to marketing activities and events.
• Support leadership with data, reporting, meeting materials, and other information needed to evaluate engagement activities and inform future initiatives.
• Process and track invoices, expenses, reimbursements, and related administrative items as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, meetings, or related functions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with pre and post-event reporting, data tracking, and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and reporting tools preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
