RN - ICU

Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (NOC Shift)

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Unit (CCU) supports patients experiencing a variety of complex and high-risk conditions. This role involves providing care through advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that offers intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients in the ICU/CCU.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and care activities diligently.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS is required.
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications are required for NLH ICU-CCU roles.

Schedule

This position operates on a Night Shift (NOC) from 19:00 to 07:30, rotating weekends.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
