Experienced Landscaper – $20.00–$25.00/Hour + Performance Bonus We are a growing, professional landscaping company seeking an experienced landscaper to join our team. Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses. Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a driving record that qualifies you to be insured on company vehicles. - Professional landscaping experience. - Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers preferred. - Experience using commercial string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment. - Ability to safely pull and back up a trailer. - Snowplow experience preferred for winter work. - Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. Job Duties: - Commercial and residential lawn maintenance. - Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. - Shrub pruning and landscape maintenance. - Mulch installation and seasonal cleanups. - Planting and general landscape improvement projects. - Winter snowplowing and ice management opportunities available.
