Senior Accountant

Benefits Exceptional Benefits Supportive Team Culture Key Responsibilities Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger activity Process cash transactions and maintain accounting records in accordance with internal procedures Support accounts payable functions including invoice processing, expense management, and payment preparation Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis Assist with preparation of internal financial reporting and board-related materials Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial operations Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and assist with special accounting projects Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed across the organization Qualifications 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms preferred Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and reconciliations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF/document management tools Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Competitive base salary plus bonus potential Strong healthcare and retirement offerings Flexible, family-friendly culture with excellent work-life balance Opportunity for long-term growth and exposure within a sophisticated family office environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Geneva Search Partners, LLC
