We are a family located in Battle Creek, Michigan, seeking a responsible and caring live-out nanny for our 2 toddlers and 5 year old. This part-time position offers an opportunity to work with a delightful little one in a loving and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers and a genuine passion for childcare. We are looking for someone who can engage our little ones with fun and educational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. Our family values reliability and kindness in a nanny who will become an integral part of our daily routine. The position offers $18-$20* per hour, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the right candidate. Working with us will provide a rewarding experience as you help our children grow and learn. We would need the position filled the end of August, the date will be more solidified when we know more of our own schedule. It is a part time position. • Age- 18 minimum, prefer 21
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid Training- must be current.
• Childcare experience- 3 years minimum
• Verifiable references- 2 minimum, 3 preferred.
• Background check- clean criminal record.
• Education- minimum high school degree or GED, with preference for continuing education into ECE, medical studies, or psychology.
• Drivers license, with a clean driving record.
