What You'll Do

• Scrub and assist with complex transplant surgeries, including liver transplants and liver resections
• Prepare and maintain surgical environments according to aseptic techniques and safety standards
• Support large open belly cases, thoracic, urology, gynecologic, plastics, and other specialized surgeries
• Collaborate with surgeons and team members to ensure smooth intraoperative procedures
• Participate in weekend scheduled cases and call duties as required (40-60 hours in 6 weeks)
• Operate advanced equipment such as DaVinci XI surgical robot

What You Need

• Valid NBSTSA certification and BCLS certification
• At least 2 years of surgical tech experience, with specific transplant case experience (liver preferred)
• Ability to scrub independently on complex cases, including liver transplants and large open surgeries
• Strong aseptic techniques and intraoperative support skills
• Comfortable working weekends and flexible call schedule
