Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals.
• Collaborate with health professionals to address health needs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary communication and actions related to health and safety.
• Manage medications as prescribed, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Update physicians on client condition changes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Direct and supervise LPN/VN activities as needed.
• Schedule and follow-up on health-related appointments.
• Provide staff training on health maintenance and safety issues.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid RN License
• Proficiency in Oasis assessment, wound care, neg pressure device management, PICC and central line management, foley insertion and management, pleurX drain management, ostomy care, trach care, and LVAD management.
• On-call availability 1 weekend/month and occasional weekday after-hours call
