Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews) Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide on-site occupational health support in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are processed. This temporary role requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication, and collaboration with site leadership and third-party medical partners to support employee health and safety. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support on-site physical examinations for employees Manage and assist with respirator fit testing programs Collaborate and communicate effectively with site managers and leadership teams Attend and participate in site staff meetings Coordinate and communicate with third-party medical partners (ProActive) Provide occupational health support as needed in a manufacturing/industrial environment Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to employee health services Be available for on-call support, including weekends, when not on site Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience Strong oral and written communication skills Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including site managers and external partners Experience or comfort working in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are processed Ability to walk long distances between buildings and maintain mobility throughout the workday Strong organizational and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing site with chemical processing Must be able to walk extended distances between buildings Must be able to work on-site and respond to on-call needs as required Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
