Qualified applicants of every ethnic origin, race, religion, and persuasion are encouraged to apply.**CORE JOB FUNCTIONS*** Active clinical practice in both outpatient and inpatient settings.* Participation in the advancement and education of diagnostic radiology medical students, residents, and fellows.* Provide clinical imaging services, mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and intervention.* In addition to the rich clinical experience, faculty will participate in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students, as well as clinical research, journal club, and weekly multidisciplinary conference.* Supervise the performance of technical personnel.* Be part of the on-call radiology schedule.* Exercise quality assurance as related to the practice of breast imaging.* Provide breast imaging consultation as requested.* Staff off-site outpatient imaging sites as requested by the Division Director or Chair.* Assume administrative responsibilities related to the practice of breast imaging.* Participate in teaching activities related to breast imaging as required in: + Diagnostic Radiology and integrated Diagnostic Radiology/Interventional Radiology Residency programs + Breast Imaging Fellowship Program + Medical student education program + Radiologic technologist educational programs + Continuing Medical Education programs* Potential participation in the development and management of new and ongoing clinical research.* Serve on Departmental and University committees as requested by the Chair.UHealth - University of Miami Health System powered by the groundbreaking research of the University of Miami Leonard M.
