Occupational Therapist (OT), Home Health, Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Role Overview Home Health: The Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services in accordance with physician's orders to patients who have upper extremity impairment, deficits in ADL ability, diseases or disorders requiring energy conservation, and diseases or disorders requiring re-education of the swallowing mechanism. Required Skills and Experience Cognizant of home health standards and practices, including assessments specific to the discipline and documentation requirements. Basic computer knowledge and abilities. Required Experience Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the California Board of Occupational Therapy. Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ACOTE). Eligible to take or has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists (NBCOT). Minimum of two (2) years of experience. Current CPR card. Current California driver's license. Valid automobile insurance.
