H&M Sales Advisor - Waikiki Business Center

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and providing support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell our products effectively Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives Represent yourself and H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, competitors and relevant influencers Share product and fashion knowledge with customers Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, training and development courses relevant for your role Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI Services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store) Support opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications Passionate about fashion and what we create in‑store Motivated by giving customers a great experience Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to the role Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries Benefits Access to a large global talent community, with career growth and aspirations that have no limits Support for overall wellbeing, including comprehensive benefits, health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave, paid time off and a community day Employee discount at H&M, Other Stories, COS and other H&M Group brands Participation in H&M Incentive Program (HIP) Access to global benefits and competitive perks in local markets depending on employment type and country Inclusive and diverse workplace supporting varied backgrounds and identities Job Status Hourly, Non‑Exempt EEO EEOC Code: SLS We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
