Job Description

Radiology Partners is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Interventional Radiologist to join our growing practice in the greater Nashville area . This is a hybrid IR role offering a mix of on-site procedural work and remote diagnostic shifts , providing both clinical variety and flexibility.

• Broad IR case mix: vascular, hepatobiliary, oncology, trauma, pain, and venous interventions
• Level I trauma center exposure + comprehensive stroke & oncology support
• Flexible structure: on-site IR + remote diagnostic reading
• APP support (PAs/NPs) at larger sites to enhance efficiency
• Mentorship & case log development ideal for new grads
• Collaborative, physician-led environment with strong referring relationships

• $600,000 $900,000 total compensation + incentive bonus opportunities
• Commencement bonus available
• Immediate vesting in 401(k) profit sharing plan

• Coverage across 12 hospitals and 20 imaging centers
• Modern PACS, voice recognition, and workflow optimization tools
• Team-based model with shared resources to balance workload and support quality care

• MD or DO with Diagnostic Radiology residency training
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology
• Board Certified or Eligible (ABR or AOBR)
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee and Kentucky
