Sales Representative - Winston-Salem, NC - Neurosurgical
Stryker
Field-based sales representative role focused on neurosurgical products across Winston-Salem and Greensboro territories. Position involves direct engagement with surgeons and hospital teams to promote innovative medical technologies, provide clinical support, and drive territory growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by promoting neurosurgical products and meeting territory quotas
- Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms
- Educate healthcare professionals on product applications, clinical data, and economic value
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders
- Track sales activity and territory performance using approved business tools and reporting systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
- OR 5+ years professional outside sales or territory-based selling with documented performance success
- Ability to provide in-person support during procedures in clinical environments
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 20% throughout assigned territory
- Physical capability to stand extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical settings
- Medical device, neurosurgical, or operating room sales experience preferred
