Job Overview and Qualifications

Your Responsibilities in This Role:

  • Exhibit knowledge of human growth and development specific to various age groups, including assessment and treatment options for patients.
  • Safeguard patient privacy and maintain the confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Apply the nursing process to provide individualized care that addresses patient needs.
  • Show proficiency in performing technical skills and procedures.
  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
  • A minimum of 1 year of RN experience is required.

Our facility is a comprehensive center with over 230 beds, serving Davidson, Wilson, and neighboring counties. We are equipped with a Level III Trauma Center and provide a wide range of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women’s health. We are recognized as an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center, making us a leading provider of emergency heart and stroke care.
