$165k - $242kWeights & Biases
CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, acquired Weights & Biases to create the most powerful end‑to‑end platform to develop, deploy, and iterate AI faster. Since 2017, CoreWeave has operated a growing footprint of data centers covering every region of the US and across Europe, and was ranked as one of the TIME100 most influential companies of 2024. The integration of our teams and technologies is accelerating our shared mission: to empower developers with the tools and infrastructure they need to push the boundaries of what AI can do. From experiment tracking and model optimization to high‑performance training clusters, agent building, and inference at scale, we’re combining forces to serve the full AI lifecycle — all in one seamless platform. Weights & Biases has long been trusted by over 1,500 organizations — including AstraZeneca, Canva, Cohere, OpenAI, Meta, Snowflake, Square, Toyota, and Wayve — to build better models, AI agents and applications. Now, as part of CoreWeave, that impact is amplified across a broader ecosystem of AI innovators, researchers, and enterprises. As we unite under one vision, we’re looking for bold thinkers and agile builders who are excited to shape the future of AI alongside us. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems at the intersection of software, hardware, and AI, there’s never been a more exciting time to join our team. What You’ll Do As a Senior Product Designer at Weights & Biases, you will independently lead the end‑to‑end design of a key product area, translating complex MLOps and AI‑practitioner needs into intuitive, high‑impact workflows. You’ll use strong design craft and deep contextual understanding of ML workflows to define strategy, solve complex problems, and consistently elevate product quality while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and practitioners. You’ll articulate clear design rationale, advocate for user needs, and strengthen the team through mentorship and contributions to a high‑quality design culture. This role is focused on Weave , our product for tracking, evaluating, and monitoring LLM‑powered applications and agents. You’ll join a highly curious, fast‑moving team with deep hands‑on experience in the evolving LLM and agent landscape, where agility, experimentation, and technical fluency are essential. We’re seeking a designer with strong front‑end and design skills who can rapidly prototype, build, and ship front‑end solutions with a consistently high bar for usability and craft. You’ll advocate for design excellence across the Weave product and serve as a key design partner and resource for the core engineering team. Who You Are 5+ years of experience as a versatile, senior designer who can own all facets of design, including user research, UX, interaction design, prototyping, and UI design. An excellent portfolio showcasing user‑centered problem solving through interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking. Deep proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Solid understanding of building usable, accessible, and modular designs that scale. Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy and solve complex problems for technical users. Hands‑on experience designing and building AI applications, with a strong understanding of LLM‑based systems, agents, and AI developer workflows. Strong front‑end skills, with experience using web technologies (such as HTML, CSS, and modern front‑end frameworks) to prototype, implement, and iterate on production‑quality interfaces. Preferred Experience working directly in production codebases alongside engineering teams or contributing front‑end code to shipped products. Wondering if you’re a good fit? Care deeply about users: You love connecting with real users daily, helping them solve issues and understand good patterns for using our tools. You approach questions and requests with a kind, thoughtful tone that makes users feel appreciated and connected to our team. Autonomous: You work well in a self‑directed environment, proactively finding ways to improve processes and collaborate with team members or engaged users. Curious and driven: You are eager to explore machine learning and learn more about the engineering stack and common ML workflows, solving problems in both fast‑paced, short‑term sprints and in larger, long‑term projects.
