Top Shelf Painting & Improvement Specialists is one of Michigan's fastest-growing residential painting companies, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can lead multiple projects, hold crews accountable, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has successfully managed residential painting or home improvement projects and knows what it takes to keep jobs profitable, on schedule, and completed at the highest level of quality. What You'll Be Responsible For Manage multiple residential painting projects simultaneously. Conduct daily job site visits to monitor quality, production, and safety. Lead and support painting crews while holding them accountable to company standards. Coordinate schedules with customers, crews, suppliers, and the office. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Order and coordinate materials and deliveries. Perform project start-ups, progress inspections, and final walkthroughs. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly. Minimize warranty callbacks through proactive quality control. Track job progress and maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth project handoffs. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in residential painting or home improvement. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organization and time management. Ability to manage multiple crews and projects at the same time. Strong understanding of residential painting processes and production. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and job management software. Compensation & Benefits $80,000–$120,000+ annually , based on experience and performance. Performance-based bonus program.
