RN - Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Monroe, LA

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31 per hour

What You'll Do:

Provide expert nursing care to ER patients in a fast-paced environment
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Utilize medical data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and adapt care strategies
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
Manage stressful situations with professionalism and good judgment
Document care activities accurately and efficiently

What You Need:
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
2+ years of ER nursing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations

Preferred:

Certification in clinical specialty area
Experience working in a high-volume emergency setting
