We are currently seeking an IT Systems Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals at our Irving, TX head office location. Responsibilities Own and evolve system platforms, including administration, stability, and performance Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID Design, implement, and operate virtualized infrastructure (VMware) Own system lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, and platform evolution Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to alerts and incidents Troubleshoot and resolve escalated systems and infrastructure issues Collaborate with various teams to design, operate, and continuously improve secure enterprise environments Document standards, processes, and solutions to capture decisions and improve long-term supportability Design and implement new infrastructure solutions, contributing ideas that influence technology direction and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications – Required 3+ years of experience implementing, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, VMware) Experience supporting virtualized environments (VMware) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Experience Experience with cloud or hybrid environments (Azure or similar platforms) Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and alerting tools Experience with identity and access management solutions Exposure to infrastructure modernization or continuous improvement initiatives Brock Solutions strives to create a respectful, accessible and inclusive work environment.
