Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist for a full-time position. Highly Competitive Salary & Starting Bonus. Our team offers a broad array of services in gastroenterology, supports trainee education, and participates in research and clinical trials. Responsibilities High volume interventional service: more than 6,000 cases in 2025, 10–12 cases per day per provider Regional quaternary referral center with broad established referrals throughout Michigan and beyond Cases performed in Grand Rapids busy hospitals (Butterworth and Blodgett) and multiple additional endoscopy sites in the surrounding region Associated Inflammatory Bowel Diseases and Hepatology program Collaborative team‑based approach to care Teaching and research opportunities Work in conjunction with other subspecialists Must be proficient in EUS, ERCP, advanced tissue resection and luminal intervention Preferred: third‑space endoscopy, POEM, endobariatrics Full‑time interventional endoscopy with equitable night General GI call (1 in 18), weekend call (1 in 8) Daytime (8 a‑5 p) interventional call 1 in 5 (regular hours, covering inpatients and urgent cases) Outpatient work includes weekly office duties Compensation Package Malpractice insurance, health, dental, disability, and life insurance.
