Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time in the Myrtle Beach, SC area? 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35) and is hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL professionals based in or near Myrtle Beach. We offer 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking options in the Myrtle Beach region, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers both on the road and at home.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with 5% company match.
- Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving the Eastern U.S. east of I‑35.
- Guaranteed Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset; schedules routed to support drivers based in the Myrtle Beach area.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors with a strict no slip‑seating policy.
- Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight / drop‑and‑hook.
- Company Policies: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and current DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainees / Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 is available.
