Memory Care CoordinatorThe Springs Living, a premier retirement community, is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator for our Memory Care residents. This position is ideal for a person with blended experience in the medical arena and social work with seniors. Responsibilities include oversight of our program, service planning with our residents and families, and training and supporting our Health Services team.Qualifications:At least 18 years of ageExcellent attendance and flexibility to work as needed.Prior experience working with senior populations with dementiaPrior experience working in senior living, preferably involving medication administrationStrong computer skills. Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and team-building skillsAbility to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug testSincere appreciation for elders and observable respect for caregivers, med techs and the important work they do.3-5 years Health Care experienceAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, employees, and the general public.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret charting standards, physician orders, or administrative regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
