What You’ll Do As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You’ll be the right-hand person to the General Manager, helping to create a welcoming environment for both our team and guests. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure everything runs efficiently. Lead and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Help manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to keep things on track. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
