Job Location: The East Bay region of the Bay Area in CA; Various East Bay Area, CA locations: Oakland, Concord, , Alameda, Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Danville). Requires on-site work in residences and facilities and remote collaboration with team members.

Sage Eldercare Solutions invites you to lead our Hummingbird Project team as the Hummingbird Project Manager. Our program is uniquely dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults through creative, customized engagement tailored to the seven domains of wellness.

What We Want:

We seek a Hummingbird Project Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direct engagement in activities that enrich the lives of our clients. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong therapeutic arts or recreation background and a profound commitment to eldercare.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of Activity Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with our goals.
• Develop, implement, and update creative and effective Quality of Life Plans for clients.
• Provide direct, billable services to clients, including in-home assessments and activity planning.
• Foster and maintain relationships with community members and professionals to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all training and professional standards for your team.
• Actively participate in professional forums and community outreach to promote the Hummingbird Project.

Who You Are:

• A licensed Mental Health Professional or have comparable training and experience in Therapeutic Arts.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of experience working with older adults, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in both in-person and digital interactions.
• Creative and innovative, with a knack for problem-solving and adapting to the needs of clients and staff.
• May transport clients as part of job responsibilities. Must maintain a valid driver's license and meet the organization's auto insurance requirements.

Compensation: This is an hourly-based position with an anticipated hourly rate range of $50-54. Offered compensation will be determined based on education and experience.
