Sales Recruiting Manager Scale Teams & Talent Brand (Remote)

Figma is seeking a Recruiting Manager to build, mentor, and lead a growing team of recruiters supporting multiple business functions across Sales in North America. You will work from conception to fruition on staffing strategies, partner with hiring leaders to execute top-tier recruiting practices, and scale programs with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity.
This full-time role can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
