Description

• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, plans for discharge, and home exercise regimens
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
