Meta Lab Senior Retail Experience Expert

We’re growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team at the Galleria as we bring Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality experiences to life! As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands‑on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large‑scale events. You will train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate is a tech‑savvy leader with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, natural problem‑solving abilities, and must have completely open and flexible availability. Minimum Pay USD $33.00/Hr. Maximum Pay USD $33.00/Hr. Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products, including accessories Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them. Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t present Lead & execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with the attendees Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to; opening & closing procedures & maintain interactive customer displays Achieve all goals & key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met Other duties as assigned by management What You'll Bring Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling Familiar with AR/VR technology Skills And Attributes Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry‑related experience to train team members Must be results and detail‑oriented Must be extremely tech‑savvy and passionate about technology Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener High level of initiative and self‑motivation with a continued drive to learn Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills Able to work well both in a team environment Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time Flexible availability; available to work weekends Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
