Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $40-50 per hour, negotiable with experience. Sign‑on or relocation bonus: up to $10,000 for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Provide quality, compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures. Offer Same‑Day Care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting. Take x‑rays when necessary and save into patient charts. Provide memorable patient experiences through compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
