As a senior delivery leader, you will act as a key counterpart to executive stakeholders, provide strategic direction, and ensure consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes across programs.In this role, you will demonstrate **advanced program management expertise, strong leadership presence, and deep industry understanding**, enabling you to manage large‐scale initiatives, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across business and technical domains.**Your responsibilities*** Work **independently** with full ownership of large‐scale programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities* Oversee **multiple projects and programs simultaneously**, providing direction to project managers and ensuring consistency in delivery, governance, and quality* Define **program strategy and execution roadmaps**, guiding delivery across teams while managing major risks, dependencies, and critical interdependencies* Ensure consistent, high‐quality delivery of **measurable results** across all initiatives under your responsibility* Manage **significant budgets**, resource planning, and capacity allocation across cross‐functional and multidisciplinary teams* Design, implement, and maintain **robust governance structures** to support decision‐making, transparency, and escalation management* Build and maintain **stakeholder alignment at senior and executive levels**, influencing decisions and resolving complex escalations* Lead complex issue resolution across programs, balancing regulatory, operational, and business constraints* Coach, mentor, and develop **project managers**, contributing to increased delivery maturity and capability across the organization* Actively contribute to **organizational transformation initiatives**, improving ways of working, delivery models, and program management maturity## Your profile* Master’s degree in **Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field*** **8+ years of experience** in project and program management, with a proven track record leading **complex, multi‐stakeholder programs*** Confirmed **industry experience in Life Sciences or pharmaceuticals**, with strong subject‐matter expertise* Demonstrated capability to deliver **transformation initiatives**, including cross‐functional and cross‐domain programs* Advanced mastery of **program and project management methodologies**, governance models, and delivery frameworks* Strong **leadership and influencing skills**, with the ability to engage and challenge executive stakeholders* Extensive experience managing **budgets, resources, interdependencies, and portfolio‐level execution*** Deep understanding of **pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP principles, and regulatory environments*** Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to produce **clear, presentation‐ready materials** for steering committees and leadership forums* Fluent in **English and French** (written and spoken)* Strategic, resilient, and solution‐oriented mindset, with strong collaboration skills in complex, multicultural environmentsWhat you'll love about working here* **A performance culture built on trust and impact :** At Capgemini, we take a human‐centric approach to performance and leadership.
