Franchise Business Consultant

With 32 locations across 7 states, including a majority of franchised stores, Salad Station has a profitable and scalable business model. The brand promotes simplicity in operations, affordable start‑up costs, and convenient hours, making it an attractive option for franchise opportunities. Committed to fresh food and community, Salad Station provides innovative culinary promotions, such as its recently launched Rice Bowls, to enhance the dining experience. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Hammond, LA, for a Franchise Business Consultant at Salad Station. In this role, the consultant will work closely with franchise owners and managers to provide guidance on business planning, operational efficiency, and financial management to optimize performance. Responsibilities include ensuring franchise compliance with the company's standards, conducting regular inspections, and providing strategic advice for sustainable growth. The consultant will serve as a key liaison between the corporate team and franchisees, driving operational excellence and fostering strong franchisee relationships. Consultants work in stores side‑by‑side with the team for training, coaching, and store improvement. Qualifications Strong knowledge of business planning and franchising processes to guide franchisee success Experience in operations management and P&L management for optimizing operational and financial performance Proficiency in management consulting to provide strategic advice and problem‑solving Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to build and maintain strong franchisee relationships Ability to travel 80% of the time to support franchise locations Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; prior experience in the food and beverage or franchise industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
