Compensation: $55.00–$60.00 per hour + production-based incentives

Responsibilities

• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Provide scaling and root planing (SRP) as clinically indicated
• Assess and evaluate patients' oral health conditions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with dentists to develop and support treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Experience in a group or corporate dental setting preferred, but not required
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus
