Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Client's talent acquisition team is responsible for planning and seeking future employees that will grow Client's technology leadership in the semiconductor space. Strategizing to find the best candidates possible, it is the talent acquisition team's responsibility to keep the company's workforce growing. TA team at Client comprises Talent Acquisition, University Recruiting, Talent Brand, Immigration and relocation, TA Operations, and talent sourcing. This particular role will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations functions contributing to hiring and supporting recruiters in interview logistics, candidate communication, hiring manager support for interviews, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years experience in a recruiting coordinator position preferred
- Flexibility, strong work ethic, a strong desire to get stuff done
- A passion for learning and making this more efficient
- Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Sense of urgency and a can-do attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
Job Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for a solutions-driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. We're responsible for ensuring a best-in-class experience in the recruiting process. You'll be the face of recruiting, serving as a brand ambassador and playing a critical role on this team. We also want this individual to have a keen interest in the recruiting function for a possible path in talent acquisition or human resources. We are also a global team so you will have the opportunity to partner with others across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, complex candidate interviews including travel and accommodations as needed
- Host candidates and ensure the onsite interview process is flawless
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process
- Help manage background check process steps as needed, in eligible countries
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years experience in a recruiting coordinator position preferred
- Flexibility, strong work ethic, a strong desire to get stuff done
- A passion for learning and making this more efficient
